DESIGN-FORWARD LAKE COMO WEDDING

Brandon and Aaron
Brandon and Aaron met years ago, reconnected by chance, and built their life between New York and Los Angeles. Their wedding at Villa Pizzo reflected their style - they celebrated in a way that felt natural and true to them.

Villa Pizzo’s timeless architecture and tranquil lakeside setting offered a natural backdrop for a day shaped by ease and intention. The celebration moved from a garden gathering to a terrace

ceremony framed by sculpted greenery, ending with an intimate dinner beneath a transparent greenhouse. Every detail remained subtle and purposeful, allowing the villa’s quiet elegance to lead.

Wedding Day

DESIGN-FORWARD LAKE COMO WEDDING

Brandon and Aaron began their day together in the villa’s softly lit rooms, surrounded by classic textures and quiet moments. Dressing side by side, Brandon’s ivory suit was paired with crisp white details and a distinctive silver-handled cane he picked up in Bellagio, turning an unexpected injury into a signature accessory. Aaron’s warm oat-toned suit complemented his vintage Rolex – a gift from his parents – while his dark loafers added a refined touch. Every element was chosen with care, reflecting their personalities and the understated luxury of the day.

Ceremony

The ceremony took place on the villa’s stone terrace, with Lake Como stretching wide behind them and a carefully designed garden integrated seamlessly into the stonework. Florals by Lake Como Florist were intentionally minimalistic, featuring moss, wild grasses, and white blooms arranged to appear as if naturally growing from the terrace itself.
Brandon’s sisters led the secular ceremony, weaving in meaningful moments from Brandon’s Jewish heritage, including a shared tallit and the symbolic breaking of the glass. With only one best man and maid of honor, the focus remained on the couple’s words – steady, sincere, and unhurried – set against the deep blue sky and quiet water.

Evening

Dinner took place under a glass greenhouse with long tables dressed in sage linens and centerpieces of chartreuse hydrangeas, orange gloriosas, and moss. Candlelight added warmth without overpowering. The evening shifted seamlessly from dinner to dancing, with Steven Wright’s live set and DJ Ale Vigneri’s beats keeping the energy alive from golden hour into night.

The Horah energized the crowd, bringing everyone to their feet, and heartfelt toasts gave way to choreographed dances and spontaneous moments on the mirrored dance floor. Brandon and Aaron stayed fully present, laughing and moving together at the center of the celebration.

Later, guests moved indoors for a lavish dessert spread, including a millefoglie assembled live and finished with a sparkling champagne spray – a perfect close to a day that balanced refinement with genuine warmth.

Thanks from the couple
